Deposits

The Non-refundable Deposit is 50% of the total and required at booking to hold your date.

-All payments Are Non-Refundable, in the event you must reschedule your party, you will not be required to put down another deposit if your party is held within 90 days.

Mileage

Mileage is FREE for parties located within a 15 mi radius of Temple Hills, MD. After the 15 mi radius there will be a .75 cent charge per mile.

​

Mileage will not apply the same for customers located outside of DC, Maryland and Virginia. Please allow us to give you a quote for mileage once you book your party.

 

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling

In the event you need to cancel your party, you will not receive a refund. A credit will be issued to you for a future booking. *

You will only have 90 days from the first booking to reschedule and hold your party upon availability. After that you will have to place a new deposit.

 

Inclement Weather

If you must cancel your party due to inclement weather you can reschedule your party/service within 60 days upon availability.

 

Payments

All payments are accepted through square invoice via email & Apple Pay.

Initial deposit payments are to be paid within 24hrs of the invoice being sent. Failure to pay the invoice within 24hrs will release a hold off of your date and be made available for others to book.

 

Failure to pay your balance on time will result in a late fee of $25.00 which you will have 48 hours to pay. You will receive a new invoice with late fees combined. If not paid within 48 hours your date will be CANCELLED and your deposit is still NONREFUNDABLE. You will not be able to reschedule with the deposit already paid.

You do have the option of paying your total balance in FULL. It will be treated just like a deposit and is needed upon booking to hold your date. 

 

*We are not responsible for your guests not being in attendance or on time to enjoy the entire show*

 

-All prices are subject to change at any time.

Parties

     Hotel parties are not recommended!! 

If your hotel party is shut down due to music or loud noises , please understand that you will not recieve a refund of any kind.

 

Upon paying your deposit you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set by Queen Scenarios LLC.
